  • Name of your academic institution.
  • Please give us the title of your role within your institution.
  • We will be setting up a Whats App group chat for the conference. You are invited to join, this is optional.
    Delegates have the choice of paying by card or requesting an invoice. Please note payment must be made before attending the conference.
  • Please give any additional information that will be required on the invoice such as purchase order numbers, tax numbers, department reference etc.
  • Please advise us of your dietary preferences.
  • Please advice us of any accessibility requirements you have.
